About the project

We were approached by Lavender & Stone to supply bespoke planters for the new Pacific Oriental restaurant on Threadneedle Street in the heart of the City of London. The scheme called for large capacity planters that would compliment this beautiful building being renovated in an art deco style.

Large capacity tapered cylinder planters were needed to house large artificial palms. A particular feature of these planers was the lip detail, which we achieved by using a rolled tubular section welded to the top of the planters, then perfectly crafted for a seamless finish.

In addition, straight cylinder planters were made to fit perfectly within the stairway bannisters. The finish chosen for this scheme was a hammered copper powder coated finish that gives a variable textured finish.

The project was delivered both on time and within budget and the results speak for themselves.
