Bespoke large scale planters for the entrance of this popular pub in Newquay, Cornwall featuring a striking powder coated finish
About the project
We were commissioned to design and fabricate a series of planters for the entrance of this popular pub in the tourist town of Newquay, Cornwall.
Because of their location and scale, stability was critical and a concealed connecting system was developed to ensure they were securely positioned.
The base material was 2mm galvanised steel with a striking and hard wearing yellow powder coated finish. Drainage holes were added to the base and adjustable feet for leveling.
