Bronze Water Feature

Tiered cascading bronze water feature with a dark patinated finish, manufactured for a newly constructed roof terrace in Central London.

About the project

Working with designer Emily Erlam and contractor Landform Consultants, we developed and manufactured this tiered bronze water feature for a newly constructed roof terrace in Central London.

Our role was to take the design intent and develop the manufacturing solution required to achieve the finished form. The tiered construction created a series of interconnected levels, allowing the water to cascade progressively through the feature.

Fabricated from bronze, particular attention was required at the welded joints, corners and intersections to produce clean, seamless surfaces across the different levels. Dimensional accuracy was also important to maintain the geometry of the feature and the relationship between each of the cascading sections.

Following fabrication, the bronze was given a dark 'Old Penny' patinated finish, creating the aged appearance specified for the completed water feature.
